A deep golden hue. The nose reveals an elegant blend of stone fruits and stewed fruit, complemented by delicate pastry notes and a hint of almond.
The palate is full-bodied and generous, with pronounced vinous character and richness. Its powerful structure is beautifully balanced by a refreshing finish.
This Champagne pairs wonderfully with white meats and makes an excellent aperitif when served with a selection of savoury canapés. It is particularly delightful with scallop tartare.
