Visit our vineyards on the champagne tour
Welcome to the wine cellar in the charming village of pevy by a member of the Hautbois family.
Presentation and description of the five Champagne grape varieties we vinify, in front of a sample of our vines.
we will explain the history of the vineyards with care and passion, with the utmost respect for the environment. Depending on the season, you will be taken to see one of the winegrower’stasks with a demonstration :
Pruning, wine tying, debudding, vine lifting, trellising, harvesting.
To finish the tour, we offer a tasting of three of our excellent vintages, including a vintage wine in the cellar or on our roof terrace, weather permitting. Local apple juice will be offered to children.
