This cuvée immediately seduces with its woody and evolved expression: almond, honey, pastry notes, chocolate, gingerbread, warm apple with cinnamon, fig and marc alcohol jostle above the glass. In the same roasted register, the palate reveals a medium substance but offers a nice tension highlighted by the low dosage
